Watertower, by Tom Fruin, is a breathtaking piece that lives in Brooklyn (of course). While it’s gorgeous enough during the day when sunlight streams through the coloured plexiglass, at night it also lights up with a programmed light show.
There’s an old watertower that I can see from my rooftop deck…I’m imagining the possibilities.
I was always told to live life to the fullest, to live as if there’s no tomorrow because tomorrow is never promised. But once and awhile something happens, reality starts to set in, and we are force to step back from those lives that we seem to be living to the fullest and assess the situation. Things aren’t always golden, the grass is not always greener, and when life gives you lemons by gosh make lemonade, don’t try for apple juice!
Stop, think, and most of all relax, sunnier days are coming.
Been feeling spontaneous all day so I decided to paint onto T-shirts. So here’s to being spontaneous, let’s do something crazy like live, love, and laugh.
